NISHEVI does not buy or sell agricultural goods in its own name. Supply contracts are concluded directly between seller and buyer. Paid services require separate agreement.

General provisions
These Terms govern use of www.nishevi.com.ua and NISHEVI information and intermediary services. A user may be an individual, entrepreneur or company browsing the site, submitting a request, responding to an offer or ordering a service.
Acceptance
The Terms are accepted by deliberately ticking the acceptance box and submitting a request or response. Browsing public pages alone does not create an obligation to buy a paid service. Users access their own requests through a secure NISHEVI account with a phone number and password.
NISHEVI services
NISHEVI structures and moderates requests, publishes approved non-contact information, helps identify potential counterparties and may separately coordinate document and quality checks, laboratory work, logistics, customs clearance and transaction support. NISHEVI is not an exchange, bank, carrier, broker, warehouse or laboratory unless a separate written contract states otherwise.
Requests and publication
Users must provide accurate and current crop, variety, harvest, volume, price, quality, location, delivery, company and contact information and confirm authority to act for the named company. NISHEVI may seek clarification, decline publication, suspend or archive a request. A verified badge describes a defined check, not an unconditional guarantee.
Protected contacts
Company names, people, phone numbers, emails and registration details are not displayed publicly. Contacts may be shared after both parties confirm interest, NISHEVI checks the participants and potential transaction terms are recorded.
Free and paid services
Standard request publication is free. Verification, TOP placement, individual counterparty search, laboratory work, logistics, customs and transaction support may be paid. Scope, price, taxes and payment terms are agreed before work starts in a proposal, invoice or separate contract. There is currently no online payment on the website.
Personal data
NISHEVI processes user-provided contact, company, request and technical data to operate requests, verify participants, find matches, communicate, prevent fraud and provide agreed services. Data is not sold as a public directory and may be shared only as described in these Terms, with necessary providers or where legally required.
Acceptable use
False requests, impersonation, unlawful content, interference with the website, attempts to access other users’ data, circumvention of contact protection, scraping and fraud are prohibited. NISHEVI may restrict access or remove requests in response.
Responsibility
Each user is responsible for its information, documents, authority, transaction decision and obligations to the counterparty. Parties must verify material terms, goods, documents and restrictions before contracting. NISHEVI is responsible only for expressly agreed services and not for another participant’s conduct, except where mandatory law or a separate contract provides otherwise.
Term and changes
These Terms apply from publication for an indefinite period. NISHEVI may update them for future actions. Material changes to an already agreed paid service require the parties’ consent.
Law and disputes
Ukrainian law applies. Parties first seek resolution through negotiation and a written claim; unresolved disputes go to a competent court. Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, are not limited.
